REQUESTS FOR A PRIVATE CONVERSATION Submitting a Request for a Private Conversation does not guarantee acceptance into the Firm or create an advisory relationship. Each request is reviewed personally. If the Firm determines that an advisory relationship may be appropriate, the prospective client may be invited to schedule a private conversation. The Firm reserves the right to decline a request at its discretion. An advisory relationship begins only after the Firm has accepted the engagement and the applicable advisory agreement has been completed and accepted by both parties. 3. ADVISORY SERVICES AND FEES The Firm currently offers the following private advisory levels: Advisory Partnership €2,500 per month Private Counsel €3,500 per month Principal Advisory €7,500 per month Principal Advisory is offered by invitation. Each advisory level has its own scope, communication access, advisory capacity, and terms as described on the website and in the applicable advisory agreement. Private advisory services are provided remotely through scheduled virtual advisory conversations and secure electronic communication, according to the terms and communication access defined in each advisory agreement. The applicable advisory agreement governs the specific services, payment terms, duration, communication access, and other conditions of an individual advisory relationship. 4. PAYMENT AND BILLING Fees are stated in euros unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms, billing dates, accepted payment methods, and any applicable taxes or transaction charges will be communicated before an advisory relationship begins. Payment for an advisory engagement does not create an entitlement to services beyond the scope and duration established by the applicable advisory agreement. The Firm may suspend or terminate access to advisory services when payment obligations are not met, subject to the terms of the applicable advisory agreement and applicable law. 5. CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Firm's Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived under applicable law. 6. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME Private advisory services are intended to provide perspective, clarity, structured thinking, challenge, and counsel. The Firm does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, business, relationship, or other outcome. Decisions and actions taken by an individual remain the individual's responsibility.
