CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Michelle Linzy Private Advisory, operated by Michelle Linzy, LLC (“Michelle Linzy Private Advisory,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides private advisory services through invitation-based advisory relationships.
This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy explains the Firm's policies concerning cancellation of advisory services, termination of advisory relationships, refunds, and payments made through the Firm's website or approved payment methods.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. PRIVATE ADVISORY SERVICES
The Firm provides private advisory services under defined advisory arrangements. Advisory relationships may be established for a minimum three-month term as specified in the applicable advisory agreement.
The Firm does not sell physical products. Accordingly, there are no physical products to return or exchange.
Services are delivered remotely through scheduled virtual advisory conversations and secure electronic communication, as applicable to the advisory relationship.
2. CANCELLATION BEFORE AN ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP BEGINS
Submitting a request for a Private Conversation does not create an advisory relationship and does not create a payment obligation.
An advisory relationship begins only after the Firm has determined that the relationship is appropriate, the terms have been agreed upon, and the applicable advisory agreement has been accepted.
If payment has been made before an advisory relationship begins and the Firm determines that the advisory relationship will not proceed, the Firm will address the payment in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.
3. CANCELLATION BY AN ADVISORY CLIENT
Because private advisory relationships involve reserved advisory capacity and ongoing continuity of counsel, cancellation terms are established in the applicable advisory agreement.
Where an advisory agreement provides for a minimum three-month term, the client remains responsible for the fees and obligations specified in that agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Firm or required by applicable law.
Requests concerning cancellation or termination should be submitted in writing to:
The Firm will confirm receipt of a cancellation or termination request and will apply the terms of the applicable advisory agreement.
4. REFUNDS
Advisory fees are charged for reserved advisory capacity, access to counsel, continuity, and services provided under the applicable advisory agreement.
Except where otherwise stated in the applicable advisory agreement or required by applicable law:
Fees for advisory services already provided are non-refundable.
Fees attributable to reserved advisory capacity are generally non-refundable once the applicable service period has begun.
A refund will not be issued solely because an advisory client chooses not to use all available advisory time or communication access during a service period.
Any refund that is approved will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights or other rights provided by applicable law.
5. CANCELLATION OF SCHEDULED ADVISORY CONVERSATIONS
Individual advisory conversations are scheduled as part of the applicable advisory relationship.
If a client needs to reschedule a scheduled advisory conversation, reasonable advance notice is requested.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled advisory conversations may be addressed in accordance with the applicable advisory agreement.
An unused advisory conversation does not automatically create a credit or refund.
6. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY THE FIRM
The Firm may decline to establish an advisory relationship or may terminate an existing advisory relationship where permitted under the applicable agreement or applicable law.
Circumstances may include, without limitation:
The Firm determines that the relationship is no longer an appropriate fit.
A client materially breaches the applicable advisory agreement.
Required payments are not made.
Continued participation would create a conflict of interest or other professional concern.
The relationship becomes inconsistent with the nature or scope of the Firm's services.
Termination is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
If the Firm terminates an advisory relationship, any refund or remaining payment obligation will be handled according to the applicable advisory agreement and applicable law.
7. ONLINE PAYMENTS
Where online payment is available, payment information is processed through the payment provider selected by the Firm.
The Firm does not retain complete payment-card information when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Payment processing fees or other transaction-related charges may apply where disclosed at the time of payment.
8. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you believe that a payment was made in error or that a charge does not correspond with the applicable advisory agreement, please contact the Firm at:
We encourage you to contact the Firm before initiating a payment dispute so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
9. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS
The Firm does not currently sell physical goods through this website.
Accordingly, product returns, exchanges, and shipping-related refunds are not applicable to the Firm's private advisory services.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Firm may update this Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy.
